Adam began his gymnastics training at the age of 3 years and continued for 10 years. He competed for 6 of those 10 years and trained through level 9. Adam qualified for Regional Championships during his level 7 & 8 seasons.

Wensday began her love for gymnastics in early childhood. She studied dance and gymnastics through adolescence.  Nadia Comaneci and Mary Lou Retton were Wensday's idols and wanted to be just like them. After a medical condition that ended her gymnastics endeavor at 15, she began coaching as an assistant. Wensday has now been coaching in the Pearland area for 14 years and excited to call PGA her home.

Meghan began her coaching endeavor as a preschool and recreational coach. Her passion for gymnastics led her to become head over heals for the sport and has never looked back. Over time Meghan was presented with opportunities as a Program Director and Head Coach. She is now apart of the PGA family and is the Girls Class Director and Newsletter Editor. She is a also a coach in the preschool, recreational, developmental and team programs.

Vincent began his gymnastics journey at age 6. He competed Region 8 and was a National competitor. He trained until his senior year in high school as a Level 10 gymnast.Vincent graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2011 with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. He has been coaching since the age of 16 and has been a competitive team coach for 5 years.
